Silynxcom Taps ATM Offering With 3% Commission via ThinkEquity
SYNX signs an at-the-market deal with ThinkEquity, selling shares at a 3% commission for working capital needs.
Silynxcom Ltd. (SYNX) just opened the door to ongoing share dilution. The Israeli defense-comms company inked an at-the-market sales agreement with ThinkEquity LLC, giving itself the flexibility to drip ordinary shares into the open market whenever it chooses — no fixed offering size, no set timeline.

The exit clause is tight: either side can walk away with just five days' notice. That keeps the arrangement flexible for the company but also signals this isn't a long-term commitment. ThinkEquity can pull the plug fast if market conditions turn ugly.

They give a small-cap breathing room without the abrupt shock of a bought deal, but the slow drip of new shares can quietly cap your upside. Watch volume and price action closely — any sustained selling pressure in a thin tape could be the ATM kicking in.
